Box Office and Ticketing Policies

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online up to 4 hours before curtain for each performance. To purchase tickets when our box office is closed, please buy online at www.theatrealliance.ws or call 336-723-7777 and leave a message; we will return your call. Tickets can be purchased at the door starting an hour before the performance, but seating is limited, and tickets go fast. Often, performances are sold out in advance. Our box office is open most Friday afternoons from 12:30-3 pm.

2024-2025 Season SixPix (FlexPass)

The THEATRE ALLIANCE SIXPIX gives you the most flexibility in using your season ticket. You can select seats for any performance. You can get one seat for six shows, or get six seats for one show, or split it any way you want! Just use the 11-digit code coupon code to “pay” for the seats you select. You’ll get an email with the coupon code which you use six times during the 2024-2025 season.

Seating

Seats for all shows are reserved, each person must have a ticket.  No “babes in arms” or children in laps are permitted. Student and Senior rates are available.

Photos and Video

Please turn off or silence all electronic devices when you enter the theatre. The use of cameras and/or recording devices is strictly prohibited and is illegal by copyright law. Please do not text in the theatre as it is disruptive to other patrons.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless a performance is canceled, purchased tickets are not refundable. If you wish to exchange tickets for a different performance of the same production, every attempt to accommodate your request will be made. Call the Box Office (336-723-7777) at least 4 hours prior to the performance for which you have reservations. If this is not possible, you can cancel your tickets and your purchase will be considered a tax-deductible donation. A letter or e-mail will be sent to you documenting it.

Inclement Weather

Shows are rarely canceled but in the event that a show is canceled due to inclement weather, power outage, or other circumstances beyond our control, exchanges will be offered to another performance of the same production. There are no refunds. Information regarding cancellations will be listed on our social media sites and ticket holders will be alerted through their e-mail address, if the tickets were purchased online.
