It has come to our attention that a few e-mail providers have challenges delivering your email confirmation to you through our ticketing platform, Thundertix, particularly Spectrum addresses, such as @triad.rr.com or @rr.com or @roadrunner.com. We would encourage you to purchase tickets with a different e-mail provider to assure receiving your confirmation email. We also suggest to always check your Spam/Junk folder for your e-mail confirmation prior to contacting Theatre Alliance. Thank you for supporting us, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
In addition to purchasing tickets online (www.theatrealliance.ws) or by phone (336-723-7777), the in-person box office at 650 W. Sixth Street will be open from 12:30-3PM on the following Fridays: May 2, May 9, and May 16 and will be closed starting June.
